Our clinic is located at 168 Bathurst St, Toronto. We are open every Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM (except holidays and long weekends).

We are IMAGINE

IMAGINE's interprofessional community-based clinic is run by students from Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Social Work and Physiotherapy and supervised by licensed healthcare professionals.

Our services include:

​

  • Assessment and treatment of acute concerns such as skin problems, or urinary, sinus, and minor skin infections

  • Chronic disease management

  • Mental health concerns

  • Referrals to community resources

We do not provide the following:

​

  • COVID-19 testing

  • Prescription renewals

  • Antipsychotic, narcotic, or benzodiazepine prescriptions

  • Emergency services
