How can I protect myself and those against me from the spread of the coronavirus?
-
Wash your hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or with hand sanitizer, ESPECIALLY after blowing your nose, coughing, sneezing, going to the bathroom, before eating and preparing food;
-
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands;
-
Stay at home when you are sick;
-
Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash
When should I seek medical attention if I’m worried about the coronavirus? What is the best way to do that?
