Questions about care during COVID?

When should I seek medical attention if I’m worried about the coronavirus? What is the best way to do that?

If you have:

  1. Recently returned from travel to a country with an outbreak and are experiencing the following symptoms: runny nose, sore throat, cough, or fever

  2. Had contact with someone who has and feels sick with a fever, cough or difficulty breathing within 14 days, please contact Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000 or your local public health unit.

We have prepared a list of urgent care clinics and emergency departments ahead of time to make a decision about the most appropriate next steps.

The following is a list of emergency departments within the vicinity of the IMAGINE clinic:

  • Mount Sinai Hospital (600 University Ave.) (416) 586-5054

  • Toronto General Hospital (200 Elizabeth St.) (416) 340-3946

  • Toronto Western Hospital (399 Bathurst St.) (416) 603-5801
