IMAGINE (Interprofessional Medical and Allied Groups for Improving Neighbourhood Environments) is a student-run, interprofessional community health initiative dedicated to promoting and providing healthcare services to the core neighborhoods of downtown Toronto.

In addition to outreach with our community partners and health promotion workshops, IMAGINE runs an interprofessional, community-based clinic. This clinic harnesses the collective knowledge and skills of healthcare students across various disciplines. With guidance from faculty and practicing healthcare professionals, our team is designing a service program tailored to the specific needs of the populations we serve.

Through ongoing community assessment and research, we aim to create a program where students not only apply their clinical knowledge but also engage in patient education and deliver meaningful healthcare services. Our vision is to establish a stable, long-term clinic that the community can rely on as a valuable resource for healthcare.

As part of this initiative, students gain hands-on experience in a real-world clinical setting, enriching their education and preparing them for future practice.
